A girl with a sense of humor is what we're all after — someone to laugh at, laugh with and to laugh at us. And if she's also hot? Well, that's the jackpot.
You know well by now that Tina Fey is a goddess of comedy hotness, and you're probably familiar with the work of other members of the crew: Aisha Tyler, Sarah Silverman, Kristen Wiig and Joan Rivers (so what if she's 77?).
But we're here to pay tribute to the next generation of funny hotties. These women are all under 30 (or 30 on the nose) and they're all funnier than you are. Really, they are.
Mila Kunis

We first noticed Mila Kunis during her run as Jackie on "That 70's Show," but because she lends her voice to the dull, frumpy Meg on "Family Guy," it's easy to forget that Mila she's so easy on the eyes. That's why she caught us completely off guard as the flirty, Hawaiian hotel clerk in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall." We also like that Mila is a little mysterious. Like, what's up with dating Macaulay Culkin? It's a mystery!
Emma Stone

If you think all gingers are weirdos, meet Emma Stone. A charter member of the Judd Apatow comedy crew, Emma has made us laugh in "The Rocker," "The House Bunny" and "Zombieland," in which she also killed zombies, which is awesome. But Emma's most memorable role came in "Superbad," in which she gave portly funny dudes hope by letting Jonah Hill kiss her. Well, he tried to kiss her at least.
Kristen Bell

"Veronica Mars" only lasted for three seasons, but Kristen Bell can count on being called by that character's name for the rest of her life. She killed in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and may have more geeky admirers than any actress working right now. Kristen is also a huge hockey fan, so along with being funny and cute, she's cool. That's a triple threat, friends.
Olivia Munn

Munn needs little introduction. She's fresh, funny, smart, the newest "Daily Show" correspondent, a G4 host, a PETA spokeswoman and part of a rare sorority of women who your lady will agree is hot (and won't get mad at you for ogling). The biracial beauty showed off the goods for Maxim in 2009, and recently did a shoot for FHM UK too. And she's even got the one thing that all women need to know that they've made it: haters.
Lizzy Caplan

It's not easy to make a caterer's outfit look sexy, but Caplan managed to in "Party Down," a cult comedy on Starz about caterers who moved to Los Angeles to make it big (all the caterers in L.A. moved there to make it big). Sadly, the show was just canceled, but with a recent role in the comedy explosion "Hot Tub Time Machine," and a bunch of other things in the pipeline, her career is on the rise. Just like...nevermind.
Jenny Slate

One of the two newest members of the "SNL" cast, she's probably the only person to drop an F-bomb on-air in her TV debut. Not her finest moment but at least she's damn fine. Jenny's a talented improv comic from her days at the Upright Citizen's Brigade improv/sketch theater and her one-woman show "Dead Millionaire." To top it off, she's also a Columbia grad, so she should kick your ass in Scrabble.
Aubrey Plaza

The 26-year-old is the youngest on our distinguished list and also hails from the UCB, where she starting performing at age 20. She's innocent-looking, but based on the mouth on her, we're guessing she's not. With a recent role in the star-studded "Funny People" and a spot as the droll April on "Parks and Recreation," her career has officially taken off. Maybe now Megan Fox will let her have what she's after.
Ellie Kemper

You may recognize Ellie as Erin, the naïve, flighty receptionist on "The Office" or as a gal from a bunch of Funny or Die sketches. Or maybe you know her as a natural redhead you'd like to bring home to mom. Like Jenny and Aubrey, Ellie here hails from the UCB and keeps busy writing comedy sketches. She also contributes to "The Onion" and "McSweeney's," and might be the coolest thing from Missouri since Anheuser-Busch. Lastly, she's in the best girl group of the last decade. Can't argue with that.
