In a short two-minute trailer for the gore-fest (the madness doesn't really start until the 1:28 minute mark), there's multiple armed robberies, a dude in a manhole getting his head ripped off, hanged people dangling from ceilings, hospital employees getting slashed by dudes in SWAT gear, several explosions and a homeless person and his cardboard box getting crushed by a bulldozer.
